Default Another strange forecast

Currently MetO headline forecast for the SW
"A band of heavy rain will move east across the Southwest through the morning." What? It was another wet night, but it cleared hours ago. The radar gives a clue.

Lovely sunny start to the day, just a few showers to the west.
