[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Thu 03 Jan 2019
1000z: 09001KT 25km 7SC025 0.1/-1.1 QFF 1044.4 rising.
SYNOP: 42575 70901 10001 21011 40444 52005 875// 333 87625= Fine and sunny Wednesday, early high cloud largely dispersing, and a small amount of shallow stratocumulus to the southwest late afternoon. Cold and initially clear evening and night followed, with a slight hoar frost. Extensive stratocumulus spread in around 0400z this morning and persists now. Very good visibility underneath the cloud. Hoar frost dispersed with the arrival of the cloud, but the ground remains frozen.
