[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Sat 19 Jan 2019
0900z: 12003KT 400m Slight rain and drizzle Fog 8ST001 5.6/5.0 QFF 1006.0 rising.
SYNOP: 41004 81203 10056 20050 40060 53005 75865 886// 333 88701= Cloudy since Friday evening. Wet overnight, the precipitation has been virtually continuous after 1800z. Some moderate to heavy bursts at times. Extensive low cloud has developed, the base of which is not far above ground level giving a gloomy start to Saturday. Surface winds overnight have been southeasterly and light.
