Cold and fairly cloudy in Brussels: 2 cm snow still lying
Brussels on Wednesday 23rd January 2019
Some further light snow in the latter part of the night, but dry during the day. Cloudy start, but brighter from mid-morning with breaks in the cloud and brief sunny intervals. Overcast again from early afternoon. Slight thaw in the course of the day, but the 2 cm snow cover is still basically intact, with snow remaining on bushes and trees as well as roofs and the ground. Light E wind at first backed NNE to NE by midday.
