Output from the DWD COSMO-D2 hi-res, short-range local model is now
available on the weather.us site. It updates every 3 hours at 1hr 20min after the initialisation time with predictions up to 27 hours ahead. It covers central and eastern parts of the British Isles but not western parts. I'm not a fan of the charts on weather.us but the meteograms are useful. The latest from COSMO-D2 for Tideswell, for example, is at https://weather.us/forecast/2635851-...tials/rapid-hd Scrolling up to the top there's then a choice of several other models. -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. https://peakdistrictweather.org twitter: @TideswellWeathr |
