Cloudy throughout (although mainly high cloud 1500z-1700z Thursday). Visibility has been good at times, but poor in heavy precipitation. Surface wind backed from westerly to southerly during the evening, at the same time decreasing from F4-5 to generally F3. Minimum temperature overnight was 7.0 late afternoon/early evening.
