[OBS] Ystrad, Rhondda - Fri 15 Feb 2019
0900z: 13003KT 100m Fog 8ST000 2.1/1.4 QFF 1027.1 steady.
SYNOP: 41001 81303 10021 20014 40271 58001 74641 886// 333 88700= Fine and sunny Thursday afternoon, followed by a cold, clear and frosty night. Fog and low stratus started to form after 0700z, with some advected up the valley too. Earlier sunshine has now been replaced by cold and dank gloominess. The arrival of the fog cleared the frost. Visibility good late Thursday afternoon and early evening, but it was rather misty overnight.
