0700z: 21003KT 60km 1SC060 12.9/11.3 QFF 1016.7 rising.
SYNOP: 42786 12103 10129 20113 40167 52009 81500 333 81656= Cloudy evening with some slight rain starting 2100z, becoming moderate for a time around 2200z before dying out shortly after. A few clear periods after midnight, but the clearance proper did not arrive until around dawn. A fine morning with a trace of high-based stratocumulus on the southeastern horizon. Visibility generally very good outside of precipitation, and currently excellent.
