Default MetO weather contradiction for tomorrow.

THe MetO 5 day forecast for Penzance for tomorrow currently shows sunny spells & 5% chance of rain all day. In fact looks like a nice day.
https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather...ate=2019-08-20

The text says"
"It will turn cloudier through the morning with some outbreaks of rain spreading from the west." (and you can't get further west than the tip of Cornwall)
"The rain turns showery in the afternoon, with some sunny intervals developing."

Blimey, when a forecaster can agree on it's own website, what the weather will be tomorrow, I'll be able to stop using satellite images, radar & webcams & my own limited knowledge.

I'm sure there are plenty of excuses (it all depends on that warm front etc.) but it doesn't make it any less useless as a forecast. It's a "don't really know."

Luckily, for the beach cafes, must people don't get as far as the text.

Well, it was the computer output that appears right, looking at the radar, satellite imagery, webcams & out the window.
