between 0600z and 1000z with the temperature steady
on about 8°. After 1000z the temperature fell quickly
to 6° before 1030z then more slowly to 3.3° by 1400z.
It has been steady since then. The max since 0900z
is 8.2°. The first 9 days of the month have produced
only 3.6 hours of sunshine.
