0700z: 21018KT 30km 1SC020 9.4/7.3 QFF 999.8 steady.
SYNOP: 42580 12118 10094 20073 49998 56019 81500 333 81620= Dry and cloudy late Wednesday afternoon. Slight rain started just after 1800z, then moderate 2100z to 0030z, becoming slight again, and intermittent around 0300z before stopping around 0530z. Cloudy/overcast for most of the night, with extensive low cloud late evening until 0400z. Cloud breaking around 0615z. Visibility good or very good, dropping to moderate during precipitation, before improving to very good after 0400z. Surface wind S F2 at first, backing E-ENE F3 during the evening, then veering SSW-SW F5-6 after 0400z. Excellent visibility underneath the cloud. Surface wind veered northerly and decreased to F2 over the past hour.
