Cumulus increased rapidly inland late morning, up to 3 oktas cover but the sky over the English Channel has remained largely free of cloud all day. Visibility has been crystal clear throughout, and especially so around midday, in excess of 80km. I am about to walk the hound on St. Boniface Down to see whether the Seven Sisters cliffs of East Sussex are visible (which I have seen in the past). These are 100km distant. RH 58%.
