falling slowly SYNOP: 42583 72615 10164 20099 40170 57007 81808 333 81822 83275 87080= Beaufort letters (1500-1600Z): c A cloudy but bright morning under a thin layer of Sc which broke up around 1100Z, leading to sunshine thereafter. Extensive thin Ci at the ob with Cs to SW and not much in the way of low cloud, mainly to the west and north. Excellent visibility, except to the west. RH 65%. Moderate W'ly breeze.
