--------------------------------------------------------------------- 0900z 02004kt 5000 -RASN 8St006 +01.1/+00.4 1020 RMK: When the NE wind set in yesterday evening the temperature rose from +0.3C to +0.8C. The snow turned to sleet and a thaw set in. This morning we are having occasional slight sleet and snow but nothing settling.
