Drizzle and fog all night. Everything is sopping wet this morning. Only a few scraps of lying snow left in the immediate area. 0900z 29003kt 3000 -DZ BR 8St003 06.3/06.0 1010 RMK: Fog lifted into low cloud soon after 0700z but it's still very misty. Drizzle is very slight now.
