Overcast, with distant brightness to the west. A sprinkle of snow
grains began at 0830Z, followed by snow flakes from 1020Z, always
of slight intensity, bringing the visibility down to 5000m at its
lowest. The visibility to the west is currently excellent at 60km
but only 20km out at sea where it's presumably continuing to snow
properly. Just the occasional flurry at the ob. There is a dusting
on the ground of loose, dry snow which is snaking around on hard
surfaces in the F4-5 NE'ly breeze. Less than half cover of snow.
