Overcast but dry for much of the morning. A period of drizzle,
occasionally moderate from 1050Z to 1230Z, was enough to wet
the ground although hard surfaces have partally dried again.
Cu/Sc currently occupy the sky but not all of it, as breaks
have recently appeared close by to the SW with brief sunny
intervals in the past ten minutes. Good visibility in the
main, temporarily poor during the thicker drizzle.
