NE England. Fairly sunny in Wales and the southern half of England ahead
of the dissolving warm front. Also sunny in central and southern Ireland.
Sunny in much of the Netherlands and western Belgium but rather cloudy in
central and eastern Belgium and the SE of the Netherlands.
