Low pressure (975mb) lies to the west of Scotland, with secondary lows
(980mb) close to the north of Scotland. High pressure (1020mb) lies
over the Azores. Winds across the UK are mostly moderate to fresh
westerlies. Most parts will be unsettled with rain or showers.
Temperatures will be close to normal in many parts. Beyond this
conditions stay unsettled with strong winds and rain or showers.

Low pressure (965mb) lies to the west of Scotland in the Atlantic,
with another low (985mb) lying over Denmark. High pressure (1020mb)
lies in the western Atlantic. Winds across the UK are mainly light and
variable for a time, before freshening from the south/southwest. Many
parts will dry for a time before more rain moves into the west. 850hPa
temperatures range from -5C over Scotland to 0C in the south. Forecast
2m temperatures range from +5C in the north to +11C in the south.
Beyond this conditions remain very unsettled with further Atlantic
lows bringing milder weather but wet at times.

Low pressure (985mb) lies close the eastern UK. A deep low (975mb)
lies to the south of Greenland. High pressure (1025mb) lies in the
mid-Atlantic well to the west of Spain. Winds across the UK are light
to moderate north/northeasterlies, backing westerly later. Most parts
will see showers before turning dry for a time. Temperatures will be
close to or just below normal in many parts. Beyond this most places
continue unsettled and windy with rain and showers.

(974mb) lies further to the west in the Atlantic. High pressure
(1030mb) lies well to the west of Spain in the Atlantic. The UK lies
under moderate to fresh north/northwesterly winds. Most areas will see
showers at times, wintry in the north. Daytime temperatures will be
close to or just below normal in most areas.

Summary:
A unsettled outlook as we head into November with rain or showers.
After a brief colder spell on Friday, conditions look set to turn
somewhat milder at the weekend, but staying unsettled.
