Max temp of -0.8c and total rainfall of 10.2mm - must equate to a fair
height of snowfall !

Paul, the rule of thumb is 1mm rainfall = 1cm snow, although I'm not sure
how much of the snow in those pictures has fallen in the last 24 hours.

Calgary's a fascinating place, a friend (ex forecaster in the UK) now lives
over there and keeps me up-to-date on events.

Or for the metrically challenged 1" rain = 12" snow. More or less fits
the above.
