CAMPAIGN AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE
"BURNING PLANET" MARCH AGAINST BUSH Tuesday November 18th, the day Bush arrives for his 'state visit' to the UK. Assemble 6 pm at Lincoln's Inn Fields (Holborn Tube) to march via the ExxonMobil ("Esso") offices, Aldwych, through central London to the US embassy. Unwelcome Bush the day he arrives ... and make sure the world knows we're still angry about the havoc he's wreaking on the global environment. Bush represents OIL MONEY and CORPORATE GREED, which are not only contributing to the agony of Iraq, but also to the catastrophic destabilisation of global climate, which threatens millions all round the world and even the future of humanity itself. ExxonMobil ("Esso") are 'Number One' amongst Bush's 'BIG OIL' backers and have waged a cynical campaign of disinformation on climate change, putting oil profits before the future of humankind. Remember this is a march through central London the day Bush arrives: this is a big opportunity not only to make everyone know he is unwelcome straight away but also to put Climate and the Environment up there on the agenda of "reasons why we hate Bush." Bring your own burning planet ... eg paint green 'land' on a blue balloon .... or your own message for Bush! Speakers to be announced later ...... PLEASE DISTRIBUTE THIS NOTICE FAR AND WIDE |

PLEASE DISTRIBUTE THIS NOTICE FAR AND WIDE Hi-Jack alert! No doubt that **** Livingstone will condone this protest and the disruption caused. Not the father up on the crane though. The dad who can't get to see his daughter. Livingstone has made several derogatory comments about his plight and his causing problems for Londoners. Mind you nasal Ken (congestion dis-charge) has always supported the IRA. Just as well they ceased their bombing campaigns or Londoners would be disrupted by erm....death! As for "BURNING PLANET"! How about "BLAZING TRIPE" " |

Assemble 6 pm at Lincoln's Inn Fields (Holborn Tube) to march via the ExxonMobil ("Esso") offices, Aldwych, through central London to the US embassy. Nah. I think I'll get my job done, go home and think about how a sizeable proportion of my salary ends up supporting idiots on the dole. Unwelcome Bush the day he arrives ... and make sure the world knows we're still angry about the havoc he's wreaking on the global environment. I'm not angry. Who is this 'we' I often hear about? Don't hear any complaints about Russia ignoring Kyoto, but then of course, this is an anti-War stunt really, isn't it? Bush represents OIL MONEY and CORPORATE GREED, which are not only contributing to the agony of Iraq, Well, that didn't take long now did it? This isn't about global warming at all: It's about being part of a dying movement that says nothing about the actions of terrorists but denounces anybody who dare defend themselves against them. but also to the catastrophic destabilisation of global climate, Riiiiiight. Run a Google search - see how many other large countries have failed to ratify the Kyoto Accord... Russia being one of them. Why don't you pick a fight with them as well? which threatens millions all round the world and even the future of humanity itself. Of course, you have scientific evidence for this? ExxonMobil ("Esso") are 'Number One' amongst Bush's 'BIG OIL' backers and have waged a cynical campaign of disinformation on climate change, putting oil profits before the future of humankind. So, what about OPEC? Ah right, they're not American, so don't deserve special attention do they? Remember this is a march through central London the day Bush arrives: this is a big opportunity not only to make everyone know he is unwelcome straight away but also to put Climate and the Environment up there on the agenda of "reasons why we hate Bush." So in other words, you are trying to impose your own agenda on the British population: 'this is a big opportunity not only to make everyone know he is unwelcome straight away'. So, in other words then, you know that not everyone supports your view, so by disrupting services and stopping people getting home from work, you are making sure that everyone knows what YOU think! May I ask how you're getting to this demo? By car, coach or train? Or well you be the true environmentalist you claim to be and ride a cycle? Bring your own burning planet ... eg paint green 'land' on a blue balloon ... or your own message for Bush! No problem - Thanks Bush for liberating women in Afghanistan, for ridding ordinary Iraqis of a world renowned tyrant and for showing us that at least one country on this planet has the guts not to surrender to terrorism! Speakers to be announced later ...... 'We haven't found anyone to spread our propaganda for us... Watch this space!' Now don't get me wrong - I am concerned about global warming, but I share no interest with anyone who takes a serious issue like this and cheapens it for a political stunt that has nothing whatsoever in common with it.
