Large amounts of cloud over most of England and Wales but west Wales, the
far north and NW of England and parts of the SE are brighter. Cloud is
more broken over Scotland and much of Ireland is fairly sunny. High and
medium-level cloud over the Low Countries - quite extensive over Belgium.
