Charts analysed are for T+96 hours - 12Z Sunday 16th November 2003
unless stated. UKMetO: SLP: http://www.wetterzentrale.com/pics/Rukm961.html Low pressure (1000mb) lies to the west of Norway, with another low (975mb) in the Atlantic to the southwest of Iceland. High pressure (1030mb) to the west of Spain and ridges into the southwest of the UK. Winds across the country are mostly light to moderate westerlies. Most parts will be bright with just a few showers about. Temperatures will be close to or just above normal. Beyond this conditions remain mostly unsettled and windy with rain or showers in the north, but dry and mild in the south with high pressure nearby. Most parts will be dry with just a few showers about in the north and east. 850hPa temperatures are close to 0C in many parts. Forecast 2m temperatures are close to 9C in most parts. Beyond this conditions remain rather unsettled at times, especially in the north.
