Winds across the country are mostly moderate to fresh west/southwesterlies. Some rain may move across the country, with the brightest weather in the south and east. Temperatures will be close to or just above normal. Beyond this conditions remain mostly unsettled and windy with rain or showers in the north, these unsettled conditions extending further south. Forecast 2m temperatures are close to 10C in the north to 14C in the south. Beyond this conditions remain rather unsettled at times, especially in the north, whilst the south is rather dry and mild for a time before turning more unsettled later. Most parts will be mainly cloudy with some rain in the north and west. Daytime temperatures will be close to or just above normal in most areas. Summary: A unsettled week seems probable next week, with the unsettled conditions in the northwest at first spreading further south and east. There are then some hints that it may turn colder towards next weekend, but this is still a long way off. |
