High pressure (1025mb) lies over central and southern Europe, with another high (1030mb) lying in the western Atlantic. Winds across the country are mostly moderate to fresh west/southwesterlies. Some rain may move across the country at times, with the brightest weather in the south and east. Temperatures will be above normal. Beyond this conditions remain mostly unsettled over the UK, but high pressure builds in the mid-Atlantic. Summary: A mostly unsettled week is likely, and after a very mild start, it looks set to gradually turn cooler by the end of the week from the northwest. |
