low (990mb) to the south of Greenland. High pressure (1025mb) lies
over southeastern Europe, with another high (1030mb) in the Atlantic.
Winds across the country are mostly moderate west/southwesterlies,
veering northwesterly in the north. Rain or showers can be expected
across the country. Temperatures will be close to or just above
normal. Beyond this conditions remain unsettled, and are generally
cooler.

north of Scotland. High pressure (1033mb) lies in the Atlantic and
ridges into Southern Europe. The UK lies under fresh
west/southwesterly winds. Most parts will be mainly cloudy with some
rain or showers. Daytime temperatures will be close to or just above
normal in most areas.

Summary:
Remaining unsettled with low pressure meandering close to the UK for
the next week or so. After a mild start, turning cooler as well.
