Low pressure (985mb) lies over Eastern Scandinavia, with two slack
areas of low pressure close to southern Britain. High pressure
(1030mb) lies in the Atlantic. Winds across the country are mostly
light and variable. A mix of sunshine and showers can be expected
across the country. Temperatures will be close to normal. Beyond this
conditions remain unsettled.

(995mb) close to the east coast. High pressure (1030mb) lies over
Newfoundland and ridges to another high (1025mb) in the Atlantic.
Winds across the country are mostly light and variable in direction.
Showers can be expected. 850hPa temperatures range from -3C in the
northwest to +2C in the southeast. Forecast 2m temperatures are close
to 6C in the north and 10C in the southeast. Beyond this conditions
remain unsettled, and turn windy at times.

Iceland. High pressure (1025mb) lies over southeastern Europe, with

Atlantic. Winds across the UK are light and variable in most areas.

in the north to +5C in the southeast. Temperatures will be close to
normal in many parts. Beyond this conditions continue very unsettled

low (999mb) to the south of Greenland. High pressure (1034mb) lies in
the Atlantic and ridges into Southern Europe. The UK lies under light
winds, mainly from a westerly quarter. Most parts will be mainly
cloudy with some rain or showers. Daytime temperatures will be close
to normal in most areas.

Summary:
Continuing unsettled over the weekend and into next week, with low
pressure always close by. A deeper area of low pressure looks set to
anchor itself to the west or northwest of the country as we go into
next week bring strong southwesterly winds and rain at times.
Temperatures will return to near normal.
