Low pressure (975mb) lies to the east of Iceland. High pressure (two
centres of 1025mb) lies in the Atlantic towards the Azores and ridges
northwards. Winds across the country are mostly moderate
southwesterlies. Many parts will see rain or showers. Temperatures
will be close to normal. Beyond this conditions are rather unsettled
and windy with rain or showers and turning colder with northwesterly
winds.

(1025mb) lies towards the Azores and ridges northwards across the
Atlantic. Winds across the country are mostly fresh to strong
southwesterlies. Rain will move east followed by showers. 850hPa
temperatures range from 0C in the northwest and southeast to +5C in
the southwest of Ireland. Forecast 2m temperatures are close to 8C in
the north and 11C in the southwest. Beyond this conditions remain
unsettled, with low pressure always close to the UK bringing cool and
showery conditions.

Europe. High pressure (1027mb) lies in the Atlantic to the west of
Spain. The UK lies under moderate winds, mainly from a westerly
direction. Most parts will be mainly cloudy with some rain or showers
at times. Daytime temperatures will be close to normal in most areas.

Summary:
Remaining unsettled for the forseeable future with rain or showers,
and turning cooler as we go through next week.
