Default is it that bad?

Well I really feel confused.
Ice age just around the next glacier or unprecedented warming? Or
Global Warming to initiate ice age. Or
The Milankovich cycle to initiate a scheduled ice age. Or
A warming planet which will portend the extinction of
a whole variety of species especially over on TWO!
What's it to be?
Are we standing on the edge of extinction?
Are we Gazing into the precipice of Pressutti?
Or possibly nudging the nooks of nuancity!
How can Milankovitch hold down two careers (mind you his acting is over
rated)

What are the signals telling us? I have to know .

One more thing. I read my trusty RD Blackmore's "Lorna Doone". The
chapter titled "Cold comfort" and there, yes there, is a reference to the
Gulf Stream and the warning off that bitter winter of 1684!
Blimey the 'Horizon' production team missed that one.

Codge if you're out there? Email me.

Just in case the software fails

You think Lorna Doon was written in 1684 not 1864?

So they knew about the Gulf stream in 1864 as well!
That's even worse.

Lawrence knows that the winter of 1684 was described in the book, which
was set some 180 years before it was written.

Are we standing on the edge of extinction?

In a dream I had this week I was sad because Christmas is coming (I hate
Christmas) but then this sadness turned to joy as I realised that this would
be the last Christmas ever. I got the impression that this was not just for
me and it seemed to be something that I knew all along.

My thoughts on climate change are quite simple. What normally happens when
something overheats? I can think of two outcomes, it melts or explodes. My
moneys on an explosion.

I don't think it was that kind of a book.
