Scotland and Ireland are rather cloudy. Patchy low cloud in NW England,
near the Welsh border and in SW Wales and SW England but much of England is
sunny. Low Countries also clear and sunny. On the later picture from
Dundee the cloud has moved further into northern and western England and
Wales.
