Rather cloudy in NW Britain. Band of frontal cloud over Wales, the
Midlands and much of southern England. Quite sunny in southern Scotland,
northern England and East Anglia. Low cloud over much of the Netherlands
but sunny in SE Netherlands and a broad central area of Belgium. The later
picture from Dundee shows cloud increasing over Belgium.
