Default Windy on the South Coast

My wheelie bin just went flying across the garden.... I think that
nasty little wave/cold front shown on the 12Z Brack charts just went
through! (1250Z) This only happens to me with gusts over 40 knots and
I can tell you, it was quite a surprise (the noise).

Nearly lost my hat walking down Canterbury high street. Luckily, the
atrocious weather has kept many Christmas shoppers at home!

I nearly lost my jacket in Penzance. But fortunately I remembered which pub
I'd left it in.
