Woke up at 8am to a frost and low temp of -2.1c. Between 8am and 9am light
to moderate snow fall giving a slight covering. Now at 10am just had a light
hail shower.
I saw a weather forecast this morning warning of snow in the midlands!. I
have to work in Leek, Staffs tomorrow at around 200m, am i going to struggle
to get home?

REGIONAL SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS
These warnings are issued when severe weather is expected to cause
disruption to traffic etc. over the next few hours.

AFFECTING Staffordshire and Shropshire.
Frequent snow showers will affect the Northwest Midlands during the
morning and at first this afternoon. The snow showers will be heavy at times
and could give temporary falls of a few centimetres. Driving conditions will
be dangerous at times.

Several flakes of snow here in East Staffs this am. Now
beautiful clear blue sky, w'ell
have to wait and see. BOL

Started snowing here at Wolverhampton at about 9am, finished at about
10.45am, just a wet covering of snow, though nice to see.
