I'd hope there wasn't any steam coming from the plant room stacks, seeing as
one serves the emergency generators (diesel), and the other the boilers (diesel/natural gas). There could have been a fair amount of watour vapour around the chiller condensor cooling towers though. Tim Hampson snip I think it was the third one that is used to cremate old forecasters :-) Must admit I haven't looked too closely other than the time I drove into the plant area by accident !
