Default *******i's forecast

For a number of weeks Joe *******i has been talking about the
possibility of a 'winter version of summer' weatherwise which I read
as a strong possibility of record cold. His latest post about the
possibility of something significant happening mid to late January is
interesting. I wonder how contributors on this NG feel about this...

Happy new year everyone!!

Default *******i's forecast

I read his articles with great interest and he does seem to get things
right, more often than not. There have been several occasions where he's
been wrong, but unlike some, he is very open about it and also tends to
explain why he went wrong in the first place.

When I first looked at his Europe column, I have to admit I was very
sceptical, him being the other side of the pond and verbose with it. These
days though, I wouldn't miss his Europe column for anything!!!
