Bill Giles Again
I gotta laugh at Bill Giles's optimistic outlook in his Monthly BBC 30 day
weather outlook on the BBC Weather website. This has surely gotta be Bill's best quote so far: Saturday 17 January to Friday 23 January " I am not terribly sure about the forecast for this week this far ahead.
