areas of showers moving over Ireland, Scotland and northern England. Area
of heavy showers over SW England and south Wales. Frontal cloud over the
Netherlands but it has cleared from western Belgium. Area of heavy showers
moving into SW Belgium.

Broad band of frontal rain crosses Britain on Saturday night, clearing East
Anglia in the early morning. Widespread heavy showers follow into Ireland
and Scotland with showers developing in England and Wales as well during the
morning. Hail and thunder in places. Sleet in parts of Northern Ireland
and Scotland. Area of heavy showers moves across SW England and along the
Channel in the afternoon and early evening.
