Default What a Joke !!!

What is wrong with the Met Off, alarming people to 90 mph winds, and yet
what do I see here, in the West Midlands, variable wind gusting to 5mph
WOW!!!!

As for the torrential rain, drizzle, well that's going flood the country !

It's about time the MO went back to the seaweed and weather cones !

Joe

You were never going to get those wind speeds if you had listened to
the forecast properly. With people like yourself the MO don't have a
chance. You would have been one of the first to complain if the track
had been slightly different and no warning was issued!

Pay attention to the forecasts properly, don't just grab the headline.

The Midlands where never destined to get the strong winds or heavy
rain. The only places that the really severe warnings (which are the
bits you mention) only applied to the south coast counties.
