Default Today's rain forecast was good

My perception from yesterday's forecasts was that it would chuck it
down until lunchtime, in the South ... and so it did as far as I can
see. Continuous rain is shown on the radar from 3 am until 12 noon
(where I am) and it reached as far North as South Wales and the South
Midlands. For two or three hours at rush hour time, the rain here was
heavy and conditions were appalling.

So for the South, well done Met Office on the rainfall forecast;
credit where credit is due.

Yep, guess so. Shame really that they were 68 mph out on the wind and 7 degC
on the temp and it would have been good all round!
