Turned heavier, now settling 1025.

Line of ppn pivoting round this area in weak cyclonic circulation, surface low
near Manchester at 0900. Most temps on 0900 chart 3s, 4s and 5s - must be
dynamic cooling as we are only 100m amsl.

Good covering now (about 1-2cm) hopefully the relatively high temperatures and
daytime traffic will keep the roads clear. Unless there is development the ppn
should cease soon although the low seems to have developed a proper surface
circulation now, centred over Stoke as far as I can see.
