Where are you, Petel? In Northampton (Wootton), there's been no sign of sleet/snow (current temp 1.7degC).

We have had rain sleet snow (sometimes heavy) since 09:00 slight cover on
top of my car but paths road grass clear. Very fine snow now at 11:45 and
temp +0.3C

I note from the AWS at Pitsford (courtesy of Mike Lewis) that wind is from
the east to south east and that we have had 3.8mm of rain today so far.

My current temp is +0.1C with pressure still falling.

Almost as soon as I read your message, the heavens opened and it's now snowing quite heavily! (Temp is still at +1degC)

It normally only snows here when I'm away in the Alps, so I feel quite honoured!

Marked change in last 10 mins from large wet flakes to more granular snow - starting to settle on roads now.

Complete covering of about 1cm but more to come temp +0.2C wind from the
north and dew point minus 0.1C
