I presume the German site is for next week.

Now a daytime max of -10 in London next Friday *would* be something !
Especially with a 90% probability of snow.

I doubt it ;-)

Just for your information, the 7-14 day forecasts are based on the MRF 2.5
degree resolution model which goes from T+180 to T+384 in 12 hour intervals.
The sheer coarseness of the grid renders the forecasts liable to being a
little extreme but can pick out trends quite well.
