Have just been looking at the Meteosat image from the Topkarten site (
go to www.wetterzentrale.de/topkarten , then pick Sat/Rad then Meteotest in the infra-red column.) Quite a significant mass of cloud just north of Shetland, and extending across to Faeroe. A nice image at the moment from a webcam on the harbour at Torshavn - https://www.trygging.fo/Privat/WebCam.htm showing lying snow and a pretty harbour scene. Maurice Sandwick, Shetland 60 deg.
