Just listening to Steve Wright on Radio 2 (a mine of tabloid
information) .......... there's him reading a headline about the very cold weather being delayed for 24 hours or so due to the cold weather from Canada taking longer than expected to get here. Oh dear. What a load of old tosh. |

I wonder which of the tabloids he gets this useless info from? According to the R4 newspaper review this morning, it's the same one whose total collective intellect was, several years ago, too thick to realise that ice crystals at 0C, ie melting point, behave differently to ice crystals at temps several degrees below their melting point! Oh dear. What a load of old tosh. Quite a few of his "factoids" are complete ******** so there's not much hope for his weather "forecasts". JPG I've noticed that. Unfortunately the general public lap this sort of tosh up and repeat said falseoids to all their mates. Do they ever retract those they get wrong, I don't think so.... John |
