into NE Scotland and NE England from the North Sea. Cloud associated with
the low pressure over France covers much of England and Wales and the Low
Countries.

Rain in SW England moves along the Channel coast on Sunday night but sinks
away southwards by early Monday morning. Sleet over the moors and in the
Channel Islands for a time. Wintry showers continue overnight in north and
west Scotland and near the east coast of Scotland. Some showers move into
NE England during Monday morning with snow on high ground. Showers move
down the North Sea coast on Monday evening.
