Default [WR] Rain here but snow three miles away

Its 11.30pm, its been raining since 8.30pm here in Billinge, Merseyside, but
just three miles away in Ashton-in-Makerfield it has been snowing for the
past two hours. No snow yet in Billinge!

Similar story here in Leigh - pictures of snow up the road in
Manchester, and nothing but a bit of sleet here, now clearing skies.
Maybe we get another stab at it towards morning.

Nothing in Malvern other than a few light, almost imperceptible, flurries
between 22:30 and 23:00. Sky clearing again now, wind increasing.
