Default WR Highlands and Moray (Severe Blizzards)

Blizzard conditions non stop since noon, still going. Moray council have
just announced they are taking gritters off the road by 9pm as they can no
longer keep them clear. All roads in Moray expected to become impassable.
Police recommend no journeys at all undertaken.
