The wind is staying strong, even well inland. Frequent 20mph gusts and a
temperature of MS3C, bringing the windchill down to MS10C. Feeling almost
arctic-like

Wuzz...

We don't notice the wind until it's blowing at 20mph average, gusting
to 30mph+. -25C windchill today as the front went through, I *was*
outside but trying to get out of the wind and driven snow pellets,
they hurt!

The mean windchill today looks to have been about -10C, with the
bright sunshine either side of the squall very pleasant to be out and
about.

Yes but I'm a soft southerner, ten-min avg windchill for me was around MS8C
for a while. Not often that cold inland from windchill.
