Frequent 20mph gusts and a temperature of MS3C, bringing the windchill down to MS10C. Feeling almost arctic-like  Joe,Bedford. |

Yes but I'm a soft southerner, ten-min avg windchill for me was around MS8C for a while. Not often that cold inland from windchill. |
