[WR] Birmingham (belated!)
Belated because it took me five hours to get home tonight!
Anyway... Birmingham city centre today: rain started 15:00GMT with a cold gusty wind. Then sleet, and from 15:30 to 16:30 it was snowing hard. Then the fun started... it turned back to rain temporarily, enough to wash away the salt on the roads. The slush then re-froze making many roads very treacherous.
