Daytime max only 3.1C so far and now dropping. Expected higher.

Aha, found some melted snow in enclosure! Found way of getting wet bulb with
Oregon! Ties up with XTC weather for local readings now.

Dave, the wind has backed to the south/southeast and advected still quite
chilly air lying over northern France towards us, a quite common occurrence
down here in the Southeast and especially Essex and Kent. .It will soon warm
up as the active Atlantic fronts cross us.
