Aha, found some melted snow in enclosure! Found way of getting wet bulb with

Dave, the wind has backed to the south/southeast and advected still quite
chilly air lying over northern France towards us, a quite common occurrence down here in the Southeast and especially Essex and Kent. .It will soon warm up as the active Atlantic fronts cross us.
